When you replace a table full of figures with a well-placed bar chart or swap a bullet-point process list for a SmartArt diagram, your audience immediately grasps what you’re trying to say. PowerPoint makes both tasks straightforward, giving you built-in tools to insert, edit, and style charts and diagrams without ever leaving your slide deck. Here’s exactly how to do it.

Charts turn raw data into visual stories. Whether you’re presenting quarterly revenue, survey results, or project timelines, the right chart type makes your data immediately readable.
